Civil Air Patrol, California Wing is utilizing an online virtual platform by VirBela. As such, all parents should review the End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy. Cadets are only permitted to complete CPC registration once their parent or legal guardian has reviewed these documents AND agreed/consented to the policies listed below. Any cadet who DOES NOT have consent/approval from a parent or legal guardian of the VirBela EULA or Privacy Policy IS PROHIBITED from completing CPC registration. No exceptions. Usage of the virtual platform requires downloading of VirBela software. Downloading the aforementioned software is at the sole risk of the CAP user. As such, Civil Air Patrol takes no responsibility or liability in the usage of the software/platform, as CPC is an optional (not required) event. Please refer to the EULA and Privacy Policy below for VirBela's responsibility/liability as the vendor.
