Leaders: Cultivating Successful Relationships

 

DESCRIPTION:

The class will cover 3 important features of cultivating successful relationship: role identifications (follower, leader, team player); personality types and their communication tendencies; and interception techniques to successfully recover miscommunications before conflicts arise. Many examples and scenarios will be explored offering ready-made tools to take home for your success.
