DESCRIPTION:

Cadets will learn the significance and techniques of follow‐up as a key to successful leadership that is often overlooked in leadership training. Cadets will present leadership scenarios, particularly tasking, to demonstrate how good follow‐up can make the difference between mission success and failure.
