DESCRIPTION:

Often cadets are trusted to build teams to complete a big or small task at hand. Sometimes without having enough knowledge and training to do so. You may have already found yourself in that type of situation of not knowing what to do first. Don’t let it happen again by knowing what to do next time! In this hands on and interactive class, participants will learn to how to build a team, study some fictional and non-fictional teams and learn what makes them great, how to motivate your team and keep it healthy. Don’t worry about not knowing enough to build a team, by the end of this class you should know what it takes. Don’t miss out!
