DESCRIPTION:

A fast paced class led by retired USAF CMSgt Furniss of Central Command SF and former coxswain (skipper) on a search and rescue boat and discover the multi-faceted lifestyle in the US Coast Guard. Learn about the cops on the water, search and rescue, pollution control, drug interdiction, ice operations and many other unknown aspects of the Coast Guard.  "You have to go out, but you don't have to come back" Open to all ranks and grades, no equipment or materials needed.
