Senior Professional Development Program

 

DESCRIPTION:

The CAP Senior Member Professional Development program is modeled on parallel professional development training that all USAF officers go through to progress through the officer ranks. Some of the Air Force training is even considered interchangeable with CAP’s requirements. This seminar will explore the five levels of professional development all senior members are urged to achieve. Come and learn about the exciting training opportunities still awaiting you as a senior member, after you have made the transition to the “dark side”!
