How to Conduct a Review Board

 

DESCRIPTION:

Senior cadets (chief master sergeant and above) will learn techniques for conducting promotion review boards. Emphasis will be given to assessing readiness for promotion and application of knowledge (as opposed to retesting knowledge) and providing feedback. Cadets will role play review boards.
